As a Realtor I specialize in new construction, so being actively involved in the NoCo HBA has been a huge benefit to my clients. I spent years as the Chair of the Membership Committee and serving on the Board of Directors. I currently serve on the Leadership Development Council for the NAHB. I am passionate about helping my friends and clients realize their dreams in the real estate space, from that first-time home purchase, to investing, to seeking that dream home or a special property in the colorful Colorado countryside... Scott is a graduate of Colorado Mesa University, a Certified Risk Manager and Certified Insurance Counselor. He has successfully completed continuing education programs with The Wharton Business School, Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership Denver during his insurance career. He in an insatiable leaner and values giving back to the local and insurance communities serving on numerous boards of directors.

Renaissance Insurance Group provides Scott the opportunity to focus his leadership experience in managing corporate strategy, business development, talent development, acquisitions, trading partner relationships, risk management, and marketing for the firm. 

During his free time Scott enjoy time with his family, always. His hobbies and interests include sailing, cycling, golf, fishing, hiking, and he is also an avid reader. Scott’s reading materials typically include leadership development, biographies, and history.

Tyler is a Colorado Native having been raised in Longmont CO.  He has been working in an advisory and leadership role supporting several companies throughout Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming for the past 24 years.  Tyler’s focus is working with companies in the construction, transportation, oil & gas and manufacturing industries.  Bringing over a decade of direct experience in guiding clients around mitigating their risk and designing programs to fit their needs.  He has been a part of several associations, focusing on staying in the forefront of the changes that will impact the industries he serves.
 
Outside of work Tyler enjoys traveling with his wife Katie, preferably anywhere with a beach.  He also loves being able to enjoy his favorite activities such as Golfing, fishing and anything Colorado Sports related with his sons.
